About us

About us

Durability in fashion. Meaning in design.

But what does that mean? What do we stand for as a sustainable fashion brand?

Everything you need to know about Whitee Clothing.

Durability in what?

We believe in many things, but ordinary child-laboured low quality fashion is not one of them.

Changing the world into a better place starts with ourselves. We are what we wear, so know what

you’re wearing. We consciously choose for 100% organic cotton, ethicly manufactured and eco-printed tees. We believe in ethical solutions in a polluted industry. That’s why we ship plastic-free.

That’s why our customers, or as we like to call them our Rebels, shop consciously.

Meaning in what?

Every collection has its own unique story, designed with care, by local artists.

This is how we distinguish ourselves with other (sustainable) fashion brands.

We believe beauty lies in the deeper meaning behind the artworks

that are printed on your tees. Love it or hate it (although we really hope you love it).

“To be clear, Whitee Clothing is not another ordinary fashion brand. We managed to create a unique style with a strong personality, connecting sustainable fashion to art and digital design. “

Conventional cotton

It’s 2019, why on earth would you still wear conventional cotton? Conventional cotton takes 2,700 liters of water to make a t-shirt, while organic cotton takes 88% less water.

Oh, and you should know that by 2025, two-thirds of the world’s population may face water shortages. Conventional cotton also implies a lot of toxic shit.

Organic cotton

Growing organic cotton keeps farmers and their families safe. They are not exposed to toxic chemicals in the field or through their food and water supply, because no toxic pesticides are used in organic cotton farming. More about organic cotton? Visit aboutorganiccotton.org

Plastic free b*tch!

“Beaches used to be made of sand”

The European Parliament already passed a law that will ban single-use plastic cutlery, cotton buds, straws and stirrers by 2021.

We’re trying to set an example to other (clothing) companies. Whitee is a plastic-free company, we do not use normal polyester and ship 100% plastic-free, thanks to our Sustainable Fashion Bags. You can go plastic free too, and it’s not that hard as you think it is.

This label confirms that the cotton is grown without GMOs or chemicals and that no prohibited toxic substances are used during processing and dyeing. In addition, the GOTS label guarantees compliance with the social standards imposed by the International Labour Organisation throughout the production chain.
